Freedom, but blind
Employees use private AI accounts and build tools nobody knows about. Company data ends up in services IT has never approved.
Private beta
The Swiss platform for AI chat and custom tools, with central control over models, data and costs.

The problem
With AI, your people could build the solution to a process problem in an afternoon. But anything built outside IT's view is a risk. So it gets blocked, or it happens anyway.
Employees use private AI accounts and build tools nobody knows about. Company data ends up in services IT has never approved.
IT blocks what it cannot secure. Good ideas wait in the backlog or never get built, and the company loses time.
Thuul ends this trade-off.
How it works
Employees and their tools use AI through Thuul. IT decides once which models, data and budgets apply, and Thuul enforces them on every request.
One platform
Thuul combines a company-wide AI chat, shared spaces for teams and projects, a builder for your own tools and central control of models, data and costs.
Build tools
Whoever knows the process can build the tool: a quote helper for sales, a request tracker for HR, a checklist for onboarding. No code, no ticket, no waiting.
Secure by design
The AI builds the tool itself. Everything that must never go wrong comes from the platform, for every tool in the same way.
Only the people and groups you choose can open a tool.
Tools use only the models IT has approved for them, within the budget you set.
Tool data stays on your Thuul installation and is only available to people with access to the tool.
Test and production releases are separated, and releases and admin changes are logged.
Your brand
Set your company's color once. Thuul and every tool your people build take it on automatically, in light and dark mode.
Everyone chooses light or dark mode for themselves. Accessible shades for buttons, links and focus are derived from your color automatically.
For IT
One place to decide which AI is used, by whom, with which data and at what cost, for the chat and every tool built on the platform.
Connect cloud providers, Swiss providers or your own models. Switch them on or off and set defaults for the whole company.
Usage and costs per model, person and tool, with limits that prevent surprises.
Security levels decide which models may read which data. Files classified as confidential only reach models approved for them.
Decide which built-in apps your company uses and who may open them. People only see what is switched on for them.
Decide per model whether all, selected or no tools may use it. Every call runs through the platform, with usage tracking.
Run Thuul in a Swiss data centre or on your own servers. With local models, AI requests can stay entirely within your network.
Model choice
AI changes every month. With Thuul you switch models centrally, without retraining your people or rebuilding your tools.
Local models included
Run open models on your own hardware for chat, document search and transcription. We help you choose and set up cost-effective hardware.
Ready on day one
Thuul comes with tools your people use right away. Everything they build lands next to them in the Toolbox, and their favorites sit one click away in the sidebar.
Answers from your documents and knowledge.
Meetings and interviews to text, locally, with speaker recognition.
Images for presentations, posts and products.
Custom AI assistants for recurring tasks.
Questions
Thuul is developed in Switzerland by a founding team of two. The platform runs and is in private beta: companies get access after a personal conversation, and we set up pilots together with them. The Thuul company is being founded. Until then, Nicolas Gerig is responsible for Thuul, as stated in the legal notice.
No. They describe the tool in their own words and Thuul builds it. Developers can also connect their own coding tools, such as Codex or Claude Code.
Models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure and Meta, or open models on your own hardware. IT decides which ones are available and which are the defaults.

Yes. Thuul is developed in Switzerland and built for businesses across Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Run it in a Swiss data centre or on your own servers, wherever they are. The EU recognises Switzerland's level of data protection as adequate.
Every tool appears in one list and uses the platform's login, access rules and approved models. Test and production releases are separated.
